9. Concern about your privacy
If you have a complaint about our Privacy procedures, please contact our Privacy Officer on privacyofficer@coconet.com.au. We will deal with your complaint promptly. If we cannot resolve the complaint to your satisfaction within a reasonable time, you or we may refer the complaint to the Privacy Commissioner.
